SSDC PERFORMANCE CLASSES 2024-25
Welcome to the Saskatoon Salsa Performance Teams, where passion meets performance!
Join us in a vibrant celebration of Latin Dance, where we offer dynamic training for both recreational enjoyment and competitive thrill. At Saskatoon Salsa, we embody values of authenticity, empowerment, fun, and excellence, creating an inclusive environment where every dancer can shine.
Whether you're taking your first steps or perfecting your moves, our programs cater to dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, spanning ages 3 to adult. We firmly believe it's never too late to start dancing and discovering the joy of movement.
With expert instructors and a supportive community, you'll not only master the art of salsa but also cultivate lifelong friendships and memories. So, put on your dancing shoes, unleash your inner rhythm, and join us on this fun journey of self-expression and creativity.
What's new this year?
Kids competitive teams will have the option to travel to Puerto Rico July 31-August 3rd, 2025 (not required). More info coming soon.
2024-25 PERFORMANCE REGISTRATION:
All registration is done online. Please fill out this form by September 1st, 2024. Once your registration is confirmed, you will be sent payment info and instructions along with a class calendar and further information.
Children will be placed in their respective age groups and levels.
Adults will have the choice of what group they would prefer and will be notified if they are eligible to join.

IMPORTANT DATES
2024-25 Performance Groups run from September 9th-June 15th. You must commit to the entire year (except adult rec performance teams)
Show Dates (Recital): We have two shows: December 14th and June 14th.
Holidays/No Classes:
• October 13-14 - Thanksgiving
• December 15-January 6th (Christmas break)
• February 16-22nd - February Break
• April 20-26th - Easter Break
Extra Practices: *
*Please note Ruby & Diamond have additional training in Sept and November, schedule TBD
November 29-December 1- all teams will have one practice this weekend to prep the show
December 6-8th - all teams will have one practice this weekend to prep the show
March 2025 - Competitive kids dance every weekend in March
May 20-June 1 - all teams will have one practice this weekend to prep the show
June 6-8th - all teams will have one practice this weekend to prep the show
